Shop Policies

My current turnaround time is 2 weeks from when an order is placed, however this can change due to demand. If you have a custom order, turnaround times can be longer, but that will be communicated before your order is placed. Orders are not considered placed until payment is received. This turnaround time does not include shipping.

I no longer accept your personal wooden items to engrave. Because I can't verify wood/material types on a lot of items brought to me, I can't guarantee how an item will engrave. If you have something in mind you would like to engrave, I'm happy to check with my suppliers to see if it is available. Plus, if something is sentimental or one of a kind, I'd think about it for the rest of my life if the engraving didn't go as expected and I just don't wanna do that.

Payment is due in full before any work is done. I do not accept cash upon delivery, especially for custom work. If you'd like to pay with cash before work begins, you are welcome to deliver the cash to my workshop north of Elizabeth, CO., then work will begin on your order.

I do not give refunds or exchanges for any of my pieces. However, if something is not as you expected, please let me know and I'll make it right.

My work is fun and lighthearted - I will not create any custom items that are of a political nature and absolutely nothing hateful will come out of my shop. Period. Not gonna do it. Ain't nobody got time for that. Don't even ask.

Enough said really. If you're difficult or rude, I reserve the right to cancel your order.
